Mail in diagnostics should first fill out our Order Form...this will allow us to send you a safe and secure box to ship us your Laptop or Notebook.  The cost is $39 for a complete diagnosis of your system.

We also accept walk-ins at our Jupiter location, and at our new Boca Raton location.

If you live in Southern Florida or anywhere near West Palm Beach, we can also come to you.  
There is a $50 service call cost plus a repair cost of $39 per 1/2 hour.
